Hi, I'm Donlyn

Donlyn did a very thorough interview with me to determine my husband’s needs. She understood what he needed and our cost concerns. She always responded very quickly and even negotiated costs with providers. She offered several possibilities and we visited 2. Both were as expected given my conversations with Donlyn. Either would have worked for him. We found a home for him in less than two weeks. I feel very lucky to have found Donlyn. I was so stressed and anxious about placing my husband in a home. Donlyn made a difficult experience very manageable. I don’t know what I would have done without her.

Donlyn was terrific! She provided as many homes to visit as I could handle in a day and they were all good quality homes. I was also getting recommendations from a company advertised on TV. She sent me to 3 homes, 2 hadn’t had a vacancy in a while and 1 was way more than I could afford. She found a perfect fit with a great staff and small group of lovely residents living there. Donlyn listened to what I needed and could afford for the best fit for my mom. I am truly impressed with her effort and professionalism. Thank you. You are truly a blessing for folks who have a sudden need to rehouse their mom.

Very smooth and efficient. I filled out some basic information. Donlyn followed up with a text. A conference call was arranged for me to provide further details. From there, I was contacted by various facilities based upon features I was looking for. Within a week, I found a place for my mother.

Donlyn is amazing. Response time is great. She even communicated to me on the 4th of July. She definitely puts client/patient/family members first. Donlyn gave me three really great choices. Sight unseen I made the final choice for my sister and I am, hopefully, certain it was the right choice. Only time will tell. I intend to continue to work with Donlyn.

Donlyn is an angel 😇and I tell her so. She has been a miracle worker for our family. She found several houses immediately for us, but then our family member took a turn for the worse, and so Donlyn started all over! I think we now have an appropriate placement to move her into in a couple weeks, as she is released from post acute-care. I would highly recommend Donlyn to anyone in need.

Donlyn was such a great help! She had shared with me two places she had previously toured so I got to see pictures of the Board and Care home beforehand, which saved me so much time! I told her what my needs were for my dad, and she was spot on! I was thrilled when we found my dads new home in practically no time at all!!

Donlyn was amazing to work with. She was not the first or only senior living survey site I filled out but she was the first one to reach out. What makes her special is she took the time to understand my mom's needs by asking key questions and what was important to my family and I. She also has a parent who requires the same type of care and was able to address my concerns with an empathetic perspective. Donlyn was very helpful in finding a place for Mom. She paid attention to all details, the exact needs for our mom; with patience and understanding she researched and found a good place where Mom will have a good quality life. The site was awesome - lots of great informative content, not the typical front for advertisers. I was so impressed that I felt confident enough to reach out for help from an advisor - confident that I wouldn't be deluged with phone calls and emails trying to sell me something. The person who initially reached out was super respectful of my time and gave me a variety of ways to communicate- my choice. That was refreshing and again, confidence building. She in turn referred me to a wonderful woman, Donyel, who waited for me to reach out and the. promptly responded when I did. I'm new to all this - never thought I would ever need help with my mom. Donyel and I spoke for about an hour - she asked me lots of questions about Mom's health but also about her history and personality! She ended up recommending residential care and gave me 7 houses to see! How could I give anything but a 10? Mom is moving to a great home with wonderful women- and she's stunned she has this opportunity. We are just so sad that my cousins never found this service for my aunt. Thank you.

Your response time was excellent. I submitted a request late in the evening and the next day by 8:30am your local agent, Donlyn with A Caring Heart Senior Solutions was texting me. By 10:30 am, I had 8 Board and Care properties to review. Donlyn turned a very stressful situation into a perfect solution for our family.

My advisor was empathetic and efficient. Without her help I would never have even known that the residence in which my mom is now living even existed. The caregivers are loving and attentive and my I know my mom is safe and well cared for. Her place is 10 minutes from my house which allows me to visit her 3 or 4 times a week. I would not have found this board and care home without the help of the Seniorly advisor.

Yes, I have been in contact with Donlyn who has been wonderful from the get-go. On our first contact she was immediately able to give me one community to check out, followed by phone calls from other facilities that she had contacted for me.
