The reviews for the facility present a mixed picture, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, many reviewers commend the seasoned staff members for providing excellent care, describing them as kind, respectful, and going above and beyond for residents. The facility is noted for its clean, well-lit, and spacious rooms, which can be made cozy with personal items. Activities such as arts and crafts, and scenic grounds contribute to a pleasant environment, keeping residents engaged and entertained. The rehabilitation center receives high praise for its thorough and effective therapy services. However, there are significant criticisms as well. Some reviewers express dissatisfaction with the facility's decline over the years, citing rude social workers and unaccommodating nurses and aides. Concerns are raised about the staff's attitude, with some reviewers suggesting that certain staff members are not suited for their roles. The rooms, while clean, are described by some as resembling a hospital, which may not be appealing to all. Additionally, there are mentions of inadequate assistance and a lack of impressive service from some staff members. Overall, while the facility has strengths in its caring staff, engaging activities, and effective rehabilitation services, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in staff demeanor and the overall atmosphere of the rooms. Today 4:15pm. I asked Lee Ann the head day nurse if my family member had a shower and when was she last changed. Lee Ann replied I assume she was showered and changed.

The facility is run down. The level of care is minimal. The communication among employees low. Care plans are ignored. The administrator does not stand behind her word. Honesty not found. The equipment is in poor condition. fire drills are non existence. Most residents have no leg rests. It is heartbreaking for me to witness the lack of attention these residents deserve and pay for. No security!! The lack of care and concern is sad. The dishonesty of the administratior filters onto the employees. Nurses rarely engage with the residents or step up to a complaint or oversee incompetent aids. Not a place you want to find yourself in.
