The reviews for The Auberge at Brookfield present a mixed picture. Many reviewers praise the community for its caring and compassionate staff, engaging activities, and clean, welcoming environment. Residents and their families appreciate the variety of activities, such as field trips, crafts, and social events, which help keep residents engaged and happy. The facility's design, with its spacious layout and natural light, is also highlighted positively. Several reviewers commend the quality of food and the accommodating nature of the staff regarding dietary needs. However, there are significant concerns raised by some reviewers. Issues with management and administration are frequently mentioned, including poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and inadequate handling of billing and personal effects. Some families report distressing experiences, such as unacknowledged resident deaths, missing items, and unreturned calls. Concerns about understaffing, inadequate training, and neglect, particularly during second and third shifts, are also noted. A few reviewers mention incidents of residents being left unattended, leading to falls and other safety issues. Overall, while many families express satisfaction with the care and environment at The Auberge, others have experienced serious issues that have affected their trust in the facility. Very lovely community with exceptional clinical team! This is our third community in 2 years and I wish our senior advisor showed us this community as this is the right fit and the communition is just what we were looking for. We really enjoy the new Rent Cafe website to see what the meals are everyday and activities as well as mapy our invoices. If I could give them 10 stars, I would as nothing else in Brookfield stands out like the Auberge! FYI, the previous review is false as I read the Brookfield police statement and this gentleman was unruly and is now banned from the community so thank you for putting the residents first!

What a beautiful community! Very spacious, very welcoming and such a diverse population. Secure environment so mom can walk all round, no stairs and as she ages, she will not need to move to a memory care she can stay in her own room, very impressive!
