We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a CareScout representative for details.

The reviews for Shorehaven, a rehabilitation and senior living facility, present a mixed picture. Some reviewers express deep dissatisfaction, particularly with the rehabilitation services. Complaints include poor communication, inadequate medical care, and unsympathetic staff, with specific criticism directed at staff members Jordan and Sheryl. Issues such as infections, insufficient physical therapy, and poor food quality are highlighted, with one reviewer describing the experience as a "rip off" and advising against hospital-based rehabs. Conversely, many reviews praise Shorehaven's senior living services. Positive feedback highlights the caring and competent staff, beautiful and well-maintained facilities, and a variety of amenities and programs that keep residents engaged. The location, on the shores of Lac la Belle, is frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. Residents and their families appreciate the sense of community and the compassionate care provided, with some describing the staff as an extended family. The facility's dining options and cleanliness are also commended. Overall, while the rehabilitation services receive significant criticism, the senior living aspects of Shorehaven are highly regarded, with many recommending it as a top-notch facility for seniors. The contrasting reviews suggest a disparity in the quality of care between the different services offered at Shorehaven.
