August 2023

My parents joined Riverview several months ago. When the first entered it was a very nice facility. And most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Recently it seems an exodus of employees has been underway. They seem to be understaffed now. It is my opinion that upper management is changing policies since the new CEO came in about a year ago. Activities are good as well as amenities. A 1-BR apartment for my two parents is $6420/mo plus $1060 for medication assistance. Too high for their budget. We are currently searching for a new facility.
