If I could give zero stars, I would. Moving my parents into Ledgestone Independent Living was a costly mistake. Soon after they moved in, management changed, food quality and portions dropped, and cleanliness in public areas suffered. Work orders went unaddressed, and when the AC failed multiple times, repairs took days. There seemed to be only one maintenance person for the whole facility. Housekeeping was rushed and minimal. Then the kitchen shut down for months, replaced by subpar buffet food in the lobby. Despite paying high rent for promised services, nothing was done to compensate residents. When we met with the Executive Director, he promised action but never followed up. Moving elderly parents is hard enough, having to move them twice due to poor service was far worse. When you move in, you pay a non-refundable $2500 community fee and a non-refundable pet deposit. This makes moving out costly.
