What families are saying

We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a CareScout representative for details.

Legend of Lititz, an assisted living facility in Lititz, PA, receives mixed reviews from residents and their families. Many praise the facility for its caring and attentive staff, clean environment, and engaging activities. The food is often highlighted as excellent, comparable to high-end restaurants, and the facility offers various amenities like a movie theater, salon, and outdoor patios. Some residents appreciate the open-door management policy and the monthly town hall meetings that encourage feedback. However, there are significant concerns about understaffing, high staff turnover, and inadequate care. Some reviews mention neglect, such as residents being left unattended, not receiving timely medication, and poor room cleanliness. Issues with management responsiveness and communication are also noted, with some families expressing frustration over unreturned calls and emails. The facility's cost is another point of contention, with some feeling that the services provided do not justify the expense. While some families have had positive experiences, feeling confident in the care provided, others have moved their loved ones due to dissatisfaction with the level of care and management. Overall, Legend of Lititz is seen as a facility with potential, but one that faces challenges in maintaining consistent quality of care and staff stability.

Please do not take your loved ones here! you will never get ahold of your family member; their belongings will be stolen and unless you have a medical background that can advocate for what long term care is you will NOT receive appropriate care. The staff and administration changes more than they change your bed sheets as a paying resident. Please Please Look further!
