Blossom Care is the perfect name for this facility. People check in to receive terminal care and blossom toward an acceptance of passing away. As they move along that journey, Romuel, the head of the facility, keeps them engaged in activities through out the day. Everyone is expected to participate to the best of their ability and enjoy the life they have with the support of the of the multi-ethnic group. Some, like me, check into move back to the life they had. I was completely bed ridden for over a year, before and after spine surgery. During that time I lost much of my vocabulary and my ability to write. My Insurance provided help until they realized that constant UTI's kept me from improving rapidly. But Romuel didn't give up on me. through illness and wellness he led me through steps to walking: standing, transitioning to at seat and eventually a walker. Then he told me to "go" and I walked all the way to the dining room. Now I'm at home with my many interests thanks Romuel.
