She is very educated about area services and has shown an ability to hurry up or slow down depending on our needs. Since I am out of town, she scheduled visits on a moments notice for me and toured with us too. During our on-site visits, she showed an ability to ask important questions I had not considered. She is a very resourceful and nice person. I feel very lucky we were matched with her on Seniorly.

Karen is an angel sent from heaven! She is not only incredibly talented at her job, she does it with a compassionate and caring heart. She literally walked me through the process of finding a home for my husband, who has dementia. At a time of my life when I just wanted to bury my head in the sand and stop breathing, she was the source of light guiding me through. I never had to doubt anything that Karen told me. It is a rare to find someone you can trust completely. Although I am normally quite capable of dealing with matters myself, I had become exhausted from caring for my husband nearly 2 years with no help. So I would not have made it through the process of placing him in a memory care unit without her help. She offered me multiple trusted places. She gave me the exact costs upfront, so there was no guess work. She emailed or texted me when I wasn't feeling up to actually talking on the phone. After I made several choices she met me there for the consultations. I was a little "waffly" on making a decision (it's such a huge investment in time, money, and mostly emotion); but, she was patient and kind throughout. I appreciate her so much! Thank you!
