Rich Martin is the owner of a local company, Assisted Living Locators. He works with seniors and the families of seniors when remaining in their own home is no longer the appropriate option. He offers a FREE service to help them find the right senior living option – specializing in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Communities throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region (Bay City, Saginaw, Midland) and surrounding areas. Many families are not prepared for this situation and Rich differentiate himself by his personal approach to the entire process. He eases the burden on the family by locating the best options by thoroughly understanding their needs, preferences, and budget and then matching them with the right communities. He personally meets with the family, tours the communities with the family, and follows up extensively to ensure everything is going as planned. His services are totally free to his clients because the communities pay him a referral fee when there is a placement into their community.
